Metal Powder Milling Machine
The metal pulverizer is currently the preferred equipment for grinding various types of metal scrap. Through improvements to the internal grinding structure and material upgrades, the machine’s application range has been effectively expanded. Key raw materials include zinc, copper, and aluminum; cast iron and wrought iron filings; aluminum and other metal foils; metal alloys; and stainless steel shavings.
Features of the metal pulverizer:
Fully automated production for ease of operation;
Adjustable fineness to meet diverse requirements;
Versatile raw material compatibility and production capabilities;
Low energy consumption with high output;
Enclosed production process resulting in minimal pollution;
Wear-resistant materials ensuring a long service life.
The metal iron-filing pulverizer is specialized equipment designed to process iron filings into iron powder. Our pulverizer employs mechanical methods to directly grind granular, flaky, or chip-like metal materials into fine powder. It utilizes multiple pulverization principles—including high-impact energy, eddy current effects, and shearing—to process the material. An internal screen controls the yield and particle size of the finished product. An external high-pressure fan facilitates rapid material flow, thereby minimizing temperature rise. External classification allows for convenient and precise particle size control. It is suitable for the ultrafine processing of zinc and copper powders, as well as the coarse processing of aluminum and magnesium powders.
Structural composition of the metal pulverizer:
The system consists of a main unit, a main unit base, conveying piping, a cyclone separator, a fan, a simple bag-type dust collector, a precision electromagnetic vibrating feeder, a storage hopper, a rotary vibrating screen, an airlock discharge valve, and an electrical control cabinet.
Working principle of the metal pulverizer:
Granular or flaky metal raw materials are loaded into the storage hopper and fed at a constant rate into the main unit’s grinding chamber via the electromagnetic vibrating feeder and the main unit’s inlet. Inside the main crushing chamber, metal raw materials are pulverized through impact and shearing by a high-speed rotating rotor. Once the material reaches the desired fineness, it is drawn through an internal screen by an external high-pressure fan into a conveying pipeline and then into a cyclone separator; coarser particles remain in the crushing chamber for further processing. Inside the cyclone separator, fine solid metal particles are separated and discharged via an airlock discharge valve at the bottom, while the separated gas passes through the fan into a simple bag-type dust collector before being released into the atmosphere. The material discharged from the airlock is a powder of mixed particle sizes, which falls directly onto a vibrating screen for classification. Finished product is collected, while coarse powder is returned to the main unit for further crushing.
