Ball Mill

[Feed Particle Size]: ≤20–≤25 mm
[Production Capacity]: 0.8–260 t/h
[Application Range]: The ball mill is a key piece of equipment for the fine grinding of materials after they have been crushed. Widely used in industries such as cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractories, chemical fertilizers, ferrous and non-ferrous metal beneficiation, and glass and ceramics, it performs dry or wet grinding on various ores and other grindable materials.
[Applicable Materials]: Cement, silicate products, chemical fertilizers, various ores, and other materials.
Ball mills are suitable for grinding various ores and other materials and are widely used in mineral processing, construction materials, and chemical industries. They support both dry and wet grinding methods. Based on the discharge method, they are classified into grate-discharge and overflow types. Based on the shape of the grinding cylinder, they are categorized into four types: short-cylinder ball mills, long-cylinder ball mills, tube mills, and conical mills.
Product Advantages
Advanced Production Process & Energy Efficiency
This equipment optimizes the production process of traditional ball mills, enhancing operational efficiency and significantly reducing power consumption, making it both economical and eco-friendly. Compared to standard ball mills, it utilizes a lower-power motor and reduced installed capacity, thereby boosting efficiency and minimizing energy loss.
Convenient Lubrication & Easy Maintenance
The main bearings utilize grease lubrication, which is clean and convenient, eliminating the risk of heavy-metal contamination. Consequently, the equipment requires minimal routine maintenance, significantly lowering upkeep costs.
Rolling Bearings for Extended Service Life
The use of rolling bearings offers high load-bearing capacity and a service life more than 5% longer than that of sliding bearings. This design eliminates downtime caused by excessive heat generation in sliding bearings, thereby extending the overall lifespan of the equipment.
Wear-Resistant Cast Steel Hollow Shafts
The hollow shaft is made of cast steel with a replaceable inner liner, and the large girth gear is manufactured using cast-and-hobbed processing. Additionally, the mill shell is fitted with wear-resistant liners, ensuring excellent durability.
